Well we all knew it wouldn't last. LSU quarterback Ryan Perrilloux was kicked off the team for good today, ending his storied career of several run ins with the law. Head coach Les Miles said that Perrilloux "didn't fulfill his obligation of an LSU student-athlete". No really? I guess being involved with a counterfeiting ring, or getting caught trying to sneak onto a casino river boat with a fake i.d. isn't what is expected of LSU student-athletes. Perrilloux's latest suspension was earned after he skipped classes and team meetings and showed up late to team conditioning exercises. Perrilloux was re-instated to the team on April 6th and was able to travel to the White House with the rest of the national champions, but its a mere three and a half weeks later and he is gone for good. I guess he didn't quite get the message from his last suspension.
