Start 'Em/Sit 'Em with Zach Albert- Week 10

Start 'Em

Brett Favre- I’m sure most of you have been starting Favre already but if you haven’t definitely start him this week against Minnesota. The Vikings currently have the second worst passing defense in the NFL and it should be a field day for Favre and the Pack.

Pittsburgh Defense- After that performance against the Baltimore Ravens I don’t think the Steelers defense plans on slowing down any time soon and especially against division rival, Cleveland and their 7th best passing offense in the league.

DeShaun Foster- He’s been having an off year but he should fare pretty well this week with the Panthers playing the Falcons. The Falcons are in the lower half in the league in rushing yards allowed and Foster should produce for your fantasy team this week.

Marc Bulger-A few weeks ago I would have said sit Bulger, especially with the way the Rams were playing, but with the Saints giving up 248 passing yards per game (6th worst in the NFL), I would start him against this Saints defense.

Sit 'Em

Derek Anderson, and Braylon Edwards-This decision shouldn’t be too difficult. The Steelers have the number one passing defense in the league and after the dismantling of the Ravens its safe to say do not start these two this week.

Plaxico Burress- Hasn’t practiced all week and looks like he may get limited or no time at all against Dallas and he didn’t produce last week so I would sit Burress one more week before giving him a chance in your starting lineup again.

Chad Johnson- I would keep an eye on Ocho Cinco but to be on the safe side I would sit him this week. On another note, his stats have been down since the first two weeks and with his injured neck his performance will be affected this week, especially against the Baltimore defense.

Larry Johnson- I know the Broncos have the worst rushing defense in the league but with the horrible year Johnson’s been having and with his foot issues I would sit Johnson this week and possibly drop him with the rumors going around that he could be gone for the season
